Poffertjes!

I remember eating this when I was in Bandung, West Java. At a very beautiful white colonial looking terrace house, tucked in a lush, tropical greenery. It looked European, so it must've been one of the remnants of the Dutch settlement.
I had a second one when I was in Rotterdam and strangely it wasn't as good as the previous one. Well considering the location might be the factor, I had poffertjes at Madurodam, so yeeeah.
So, in order for me to make this goddamn dish is to purchase an Aebleskiver. It looks like this.
